* Does TakeAStroll.com
stock all these gifts?
No, TakeAStroll.com brings to customers
a large selection of gifts, many of which are handmade by
artists and crafters from around the world. These are
items that otherwise might not receive the level of exposure
they deserve. The gifts are shipped directly to the
customer by the vendor/artist/crafter who creates or distributes
the item.
* What's the turn
around time on my purchase?
Each item has it's own turn around
time, which is stated on the product page. When
personalization is required, a longer time is needed.
Other items may ship as quickly as next day. Please refer
to each item's "Product Policies" for details.
* What is your Return
Policy?
Each item has it's own return/guarantee
policy, which is stated on the product page. We want you
to be happy with your purchase and stand behind our crafters and
artists so don't hesitate to contact us with a concern.
Personalized items, in most cases, can not be returned unless
the error is on our part. Most have a 30 day warranty but
please refer to each item's "Product Policies" for
details.
* Is it safe to use my
credit card online?
Our shopping cart system uses a Secure
Server to collect your personal information. Your
information is used strictly to process the payment and is not
used or shared in any other way. We accept Visa,
Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
* Can I pay via phone
or fax instead?
Sure! You can call or fax your
order in at any time to 925-625-4688. (If it's a fax, it
knows!) If we're not able to take your call, feel free to
leave your name and number and we'll get back to you as soon as
we can.
* I make a unique baby
item that would be a nice fit on your site. Will you sell
it?
